Terms & Conditions (General) – Nalsra Sports

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders, quotations, samples, and business dealings between Nalsra Sports (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the customer/buyer (“you,” “your”). By placing an order, approving a sample, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

1) Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer (design, fabric, GSM, sizing, quantity, printing/embroidery, packaging, labeling, etc.).

Prices may change if specifications, raw material costs, exchange rates, or shipping rates change after the quotation date.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for [7/14/30] days.

2) Orders & Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only when we receive written approval (email/WhatsApp) along with required advance payment (if applicable).

You must confirm: sizes, colors, artwork, placements, labels, packaging, and shipping details before production starts.

Any changes after confirmation may affect cost, timeline, and availability.

3) Sampling Policy

Samples are produced to confirm quality, fit, and design details.

Sample charges and courier charges (if applicable) are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Production begins after sample approval in writing.

4) Production Timeline

Production timelines are estimates and depend on order complexity, quantity, material availability, and timely approvals.

Delays caused by late customer feedback/approvals, changes, or incomplete information may extend the timeline.

We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (see Section 13).

5) Materials, Colors & Tolerances

Minor variations may occur in fabric shade, texture, GSM, and stitching due to dye lots, machine settings, and manufacturing processes.

Printing and embroidery colors may vary slightly from digital previews due to screen and production differences.

Industry-standard tolerances apply (for example, minor size deviations in finished garments).

6) Quality Standards & Inspection

We follow reasonable manufacturing quality standards suitable for bulk apparel production.

If you require a specific quality standard or inspection method (AQL level, third-party inspection), you must request it in writing before production.

Any third-party inspection costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

7) Payments

Payment terms are agreed at order confirmation (e.g., advance, partial, or full payment).

Production may be paused if payments are not received on time.

Bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

8) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping method and courier/freight arrangements will be agreed during order confirmation.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier (courier/freight).

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the carrier, customs clearance, and destination regulations.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

9) Packaging, Labels & Branding

If you request custom labels, hangtags, barcodes, polybags, cartons, or branded packaging, you must provide correct details and approvals.

Nalsra Sports is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect label information provided by the customer.

10) Returns, Claims & Replacements

Claims regarding defects, shortages, or wrong items must be reported within [7] days of receiving the goods, with clear photos/videos and details.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection by end customers, or issues caused by misuse, washing methods, or alterations after delivery.

If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, our liability is limited (at our choice) to repair, replacement, or reasonable credit for the affected items only.

11) Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled once fabric is cut, printing/embroidery starts, or bulk production begins.

If cancellation is accepted (only before production starts), any costs already incurred (sampling, raw materials, admin, artwork setup) will be deducted and are non-refundable.

Changes requested after approval may require re-sampling and may change the price and timeline.

12) Intellectual Property (Designs & Artwork)

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs you provide.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nalsra Sports harmless from any claims related to intellectual property infringement based on customer-provided designs.

13) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, power outages, internet/communication issues, supplier delays, government actions, pandemics, war, or shipping/customs disruptions.

14) Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the specific goods in dispute.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, brand losses, or business interruption.

15) Confidentiality

Any pricing, product specs, samples, or communications shared between you and Nalsra Sports should be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

16) Communication & Approvals

Approvals provided via email or WhatsApp are considered valid and binding.

It is your responsibility to review and confirm all details before approval.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sialkot / Punjab (or another agreed forum).

18) Updates to Terms

Nalsra Sports may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will apply to new orders from the effective date.
